Products must never be washed under running water or in a dishwasher.
The outer surfaces can be easily cleaned with a cloth and brush, while the rollers can be thoroughly cleaned by removing the scrapers underneath.
The combs and scrapers can be washed with cold water, or with a disinfectant for surfaces compatible for food contact (preferably HACCP certified). Dry the components completely before reinserting them. Do not use products other than those recommended.
