The dough must not be cold, make sure it is at room temperature before putting it into Biscuits.
Before proceeding with the biscuits, check that the baking tray is clean. The baking tray must not be greased with any kind of oil or butter.
Do not use parchment paper: the biscuits must bake in direct contact with the baking tray. Once the biscuits are baked, remember to remove them from the baking tray immediately before they cool.
