You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever by notifying us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products (or at any time prior to their receipt) using the appropriate form or by completing and sending the appropriate form by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address:

It is also possible to exercise your right of withdrawal online by clicking here or on the dedicated withdrawal request button located in the website footer  and entering the email address used to make the purchase. If you use this online function, you will receive, without undue delay, an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (email), including its content and the date and time it was submitted.

For reasons of hygiene and customer protection, the right of withdrawal only applies to products purchased on www.marcato.it and which have been properly closed and sealed after delivery: see the terms and conditions for more details.

How will the product be returned?
Marcato Customer Service will contact you to agree on a day for collecting the product from your home and will arrange for the courier to collect it.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the request for withdrawal, subject to our right to suspend the refund until actual receipt of the goods. You will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, with the exception of return costs.
