I received a broken / incomplete / non-compliant product

In the event of a defect existing at the time of delivery or appearing within two years from that time, we ask you to immediately open a return request.

Fill in the specific form indicating the email that you placed the order with and the reference order number; describe in detail the problem encountered and attach photos or videos showing the anomaly.
You will receive a reply regarding the acceptance of your request within a maximum of 10 business days.
How will the product be returned?
Marcato Customer Service will contact you to agree on a day for collecting the product from your home and will arrange for the courier to collect it free of charge.
You shall be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced, or, if this is not possible, to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract. Termination is excluded if the lack of conformity is only minor.
